A warm, personal approach to early childhood education built on relationships, play-based learning, and genuine care.

🎓 Diploma-qualified 🧸 Early childhood educator since 2016 🤍 Play-based learning 🏡 Calm home-based environment

Hello, I’m Elle

A Caring, Experienced Early Childhood Educator

My name is Ladawan, and everyone calls me Elle. I am originally from Thailand, the Land of Smiles, and I hold both a Certificate III and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

I have worked in early childhood education since 2016 and believe deeply in creating a safe, calm, nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and ready to learn.

For me, family day care is about more than supervision. It is about building genuine relationships, helping children feel comfortable and confident, and creating a place where learning happens naturally through play, connection, routine, and everyday experiences.
