Meet Your Educator
About the Educator
A warm, personal approach to early childhood education built on relationships, play-based learning, and genuine care.
Hello, I’m Elle
A Caring, Experienced Early Childhood Educator
My name is Ladawan, and everyone calls me Elle. I am originally from Thailand, the Land of Smiles, and I hold both a Certificate III and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I have worked in early childhood education since 2016 and believe deeply in creating a safe, calm, nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued, and ready to learn.
For me, family day care is about more than supervision. It is about building genuine relationships, helping children feel comfortable and confident, and creating a place where learning happens naturally through play, connection, routine, and everyday experiences.

Care That Feels Personal, Respectful, and Reassuring
Families often want more than qualifications alone. They want to feel that the person caring for their child is calm, genuine, attentive, and easy to talk to.
Elle’s approach is built around helping children settle well, feel secure, and build confidence in a space that feels welcoming and supportive.
At Flying Start, children are supported to:
